Sanitary & Biopharmaceutical Fittings

Alfa Laval Tri-Clover hygienic fittings and tubing provide clean, reliable process connections for food, dairy, and beverage applications. Smooth, crevice-free bores, self-aligning Tri-Clamp® joints, and tight dimensional control make installation fast and leak-free while ensuring long service life. We stock the full family of styles—tees, elbows, reducers, ferrules, clamps, end caps, and tubing—commonly specified to polished 32 µin Ra ID & OD (finish code #7) for sanitary cleanability and appearance.

For biopharmaceutical and other high-purity service, Tri-Clover UltraPure (ASME BPE) fittings are available with Tri-Weld® (orbital-weld) or Tri-Clamp ends. Components are individually capped and bagged with MTRs for traceability. For quick reference on surface finishes that differentiate BPE from sanitary are SF1 ≈ #8 [PL] (ID ≤ 20 µin Ra, mechanically polished, 32 µin Ra OD) and SF4 ≈ #9 [PM] (ID ≤ 15 µin Ra, electropolished, 32 µin Ra OD).
